My iTAG ID bracelet came with a sticker…what’s this for?
iTAG ID was specifically designed for you to use – right away! Once you activate your iTAG account and complete your Personal Emergency Record (PER), you can write the 24/7 Emergency Hotline # (“CALL: 1.800.407.7717”), your name, your unique iTAG ID # and any other important info on the sticker and affix this to the blank metal shield on your iTAG ID bracelet. A custom-engraved shield with this information will be shipped out to you within 48 hours.
What if my personal or medical information changes…what do I do?
Simply login to your account, using the email address you used to set up your account and your password (be sure to keep this in a safe place) to update your Personal Emergency Record (PER). Using the left hand side menu, simply select “View/Update My Account” to change your personal information and select “View/Update My Emergency Information” to change your emergency contact and/or medical information.
What do I do if I’m unable to login to my account?
If you forget your password, you will be prompted to provide the answer you originally provided to the security question you selected when you set up your iTAG account. The correct answer will enable you to re-set your password.
What if there’s something wrong with, or missing from, my iTAG package…what do I do?
If you feel there is something amiss with the iTAG iD package you purchased, simply return this to the retailer you purchased this from, for an exchange. Only unopened packages can receive a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
When does my iTAG Service subscription expire and what happens when it does?
The iTAG iD you purchased includes a one year service subscription from the date you activate it, linking your Personal Emergency Record to a 24/7 Emergency Hotline that will give first responders and emergency medical staff access to your key information in seconds. Unless you renew or extend your iTAG Service, Your iTAG Personal Emergency Record will automatically be eliminated on the 31st day following your expiry date.
How do I renew my iTAG Service subscription and how does this work?
Unless you renew or extend your iTAG Service subscription, it will expire after one year and your Personal Emergency Record will be eliminated 30 days after this expiry date. To prevent this from happening, simply renew/extend your subscription with us at any time prior to 30 days after expiry by selecting the “Renew/Extend My Service” option on the left-hand menu found on this website. You can extend your subscription for one, two or three additional years, at an additional savings! All renewal terms start from your last expiry date.

How can I order a new custom-engraved ID shield?
Currently, iTAG members cannot purchase a separate ID shield. If you want another ID shield, you will need to purchase another iTAG Sport ID bracelet at retail and add the bracelet to your existing registration. Since only your initial enrolment includes your first free year, you will need to purchase a term of 1, 2 or 3 years in order to register your new ID and generate your new custom-engraved ID shield.
What happens to my unexpired time on my current subscription, when I add another ID and/or add time to my existing account?
The remaining time on your subscription is added to the new term you enrolled with to activate your new ID, on your existing account.
